自然实证和人为实证,在主观操作方面,有哪些不同?

What are the differences in subjective operation between natural realization and deliberate realization?

自然实证,由于不加入任何人为的因素,所以说它完全是按照一种自然规律进行的,事实上就是由潜意识来决定的。因为我们实证是依靠潜意识进行的,潜意识是直观的,所以,通过自然实证,我们往往是非常符合科学规律。

但是人为的实证,就是我们用主观的意愿去实证。所以,人为的实证往往都是加入了主观观念,加入了意识。这样我们在实证过程中,要完成意识向潜意识的转化,有这个转化的过程。这是它和自然实证不同的地方。

所以,自然实证阶段,是没有这个转化的过程。完全是在潜意识状态下,然后潜意识自发的运作,所以说我们在这里要明白,就是自然的实证,才是潜意识完全自发自动运作的一种实证,而人为的实证,它的问题在于我们必须完成意识向潜意识的转化。但是由于自然实证没有任何经验和借鉴,故在这方面实证的效率比较低;那么人为的实证,由于有整套的理论支撑,故实证的效率比较高,我们能够对整个实证有一个整体的认识,有理论方面的认知。所以,相对来说实证的效率比较高一点,那么它各个方面的准确性就相对要好一点。这是它们之间的一个基本的区别。Natural realization involves no artificial human factors, so it proceeds entirely according to natural laws. In fact, it is determined by the subconscious mind. Since our realization relies on the subconscious, which operates intuitively, natural realization tends to align perfectly with scientific principles. Deliberate realization, however, involves using subjective will to realize. Therefore, deliberate realization usually incorporates subjective concepts and conscious thought. In this process, we must complete the transformation from consciousness to subconsciousness. This transformation process is what distinguishes it from natural realization. Thus, in natural realization, there is no such transformation process. It occurs entirely within the subconscious state, where the subconscious operates spontaneously. So we must understand here that natural realization is the kind where the subconscious functions completely spontaneously and automatically, while the challenge with deliberate realization lies in having to complete the transformation from consciousness to subconsciousness. However, because natural realization lacks any experience or reference, its efficiency in this regard is relatively low. Deliberate realization, supported by complete theoretical frameworks, is more efficient, allowing us to grasp the entire realization process conceptually and theoretically. Therefore, its efficiency is relatively higher, and its accuracy in various aspects is comparatively better. This is the fundamental difference between them.

那么这种实证,第一,从它的一个具体的操作方法的角度来讲,我是从它的一个人为因素方面去认识,它有两个阶段,自然的实证和人为的实证。

我们要从主观的一个操作的角度,就是一个操作,主观的操作角度。那么在这个实证的过程中,在主观的操作方面,我们大致对这些方法,分为两大类。

也就是说我们在学习中国传统文化的时候,我们学习佛家,道家,儒家等等。你会看到它有很多很多的书,非常非常多的书,介绍了很多很多的方法。那么这些方法,从主观操作的角度讲,无非分为两大类,一类就是科学的方法,正确的方法。它是从原理,严格的按照原理去进行,所以第一类方法是属于科学的方法,它是严格的按照原理去进行落实的,这是从正向去讲,那么在实证的过程中,如果你原理掌握不了,你会出现一些问题。

那么这样在实证的过程中,我们就可以通过纠正问题进行实证,所以这就是另外一种方法——纠错的方法,就是你出现错误了,别人告诉你一个方法,该怎么怎么做,该怎么调整,这叫纠错的方法,是纠正你的错误。

所以,我们要了解的是,中国传统文化在实证方面,无论佛家,道家等等,涉及了很多的内容,但这些内容,这些的实证方法,无非就分为这两大类,一类是科学的方法,一类是纠错的方法。

Regarding this practice of realization, first, from the perspective of concrete operational methods, I understand it through the lens of human factors, dividing it into two phases: natural realization and deliberate realization. From the subjective operational standpoint - that is, from the perspective of how we actively engage in practice - we can broadly categorize these methods into two major types during the realization process. When we study traditional Chinese culture - including Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and others - we encounter countless texts describing numerous methods. From the subjective operational perspective, these methods essentially fall into two categories: The first is the scientific approach, the correct method. This strictly follows fundamental principles in its implementation. We might call this the principled method, as it adheres strictly to the underlying truths. However, during practice, if one fails to grasp these principles properly, various problems may arise. This leads us to the second category - the corrective method. When difficulties emerge in practice, we can address them through error correction. This means when you encounter problems, someone may instruct you on how to adjust or modify your approach. This constitutes the corrective method, designed to rectify mistakes in practice. Therefore, we must understand that in traditional Chinese cultivation systems - whether Buddhist, Taoist or others - while the content may be vast and varied, all realization methods fundamentally belong to one of these two categories: the principled (scientific) method or the corrective method.

我们举例来说,观呼吸,同样的一个观呼吸,如果你严格地按照原理来讲,那么它就是很简单的,在潜意识状态下,我们先进入这种潜意识状态,然后自发自动的去观它,就可以了,因为呼吸是一种潜意识现象。我们是通过这种潜意识现象,去认识潜意识,然后是进行一个自然的实证,那么在这种情况下,潜意识就是什么?是一个老师,我们只需要跟随它就可以了。

Let us take the practice of breath awareness as an example. The same act of observing the breath, when approached strictly according to its fundamental principle, becomes remarkably simple. In this practice, we first enter a subconscious state, then allow the observation to occur spontaneously and naturally. This is possible because breathing itself is a subconscious phenomenon. Through observing this subconscious activity, we come to recognize the nature of the subconscious mind itself. This constitutes a process of natural realization. In this context, what is the subconscious? It serves as our teacher - we need only follow its natural guidance.

但如果你不了解原理,你认为人家告诉你一个方法,说观呼吸非常重要,它能让你达到哪种程度,得到什么结果,于是你对此非常重视,对它感到非常新奇。那么在这种情况下,你激发你的有意识思维,于是你在观呼吸过程中,你会怎么样,会干扰它。你会出现什么?有时候感觉到自己气短,喘气,憋气,等等这一系列反应。你会发现自己好像呼吸又不会呼吸了,不观呼吸的时候还会呼吸,一观呼吸就紧张,不会呼吸了。

这是什么原因导致的?就是因为你的意识干扰了它,干扰了潜意识。那么在这时候人家就告诉你,该怎么观呼吸,人家就告诉你怎么样,你可以数呼吸。那么数呼吸,它就属于什么?纠错的方法,本来观呼吸是不需要数的。根本就没必要数,因为严格按照原理,会自然地去进行。世界上的第一个修行人,他会数呼吸吗?不会的,因为他根本不知道这个数呼吸是个什么东西。他完全就是在非常自然的状态下去观呼吸的,但是后人由于对这个呼吸认识了很多,经过前人的介绍,他知道通过这个呼吸能找到微观物质,能解决健康的问题,能解决生死问题。于是他就对观呼吸非常地重视,就激发了有意识,有意识思维于是干扰了潜意识。

This happens because your conscious mind interferes with the subconscious. At this point, someone might suggest counting breaths - a corrective method. Originally, breath awareness doesn't require counting; following the principles naturally suffices. The first practitioner certainly didn't count breaths - they observed them completely naturally. Later practitioners, influenced by teachings about breath's importance for health and spiritual matters, developed conscious interference with the subconscious.

结果他观呼吸就观不了,于是别人就告诉他,你数呼吸,为什么要数呼吸?数呼吸就属于纠错的方法,你出现问题了,人家就告诉你,这个方法可以观呼吸的。但这个方法为什么能观呼吸,于是人家告诉你原理,数呼吸,查数,一吸一呼,1,2,3,4。那么这样它是一个催眠,属于一个催眠,催眠之后怎么样?能使你进入潜意识状态。当你经过这样的方法,进入潜意识之后,自然就能观呼吸了,为什么最后能自然的观呼吸了,符合原理了,也就经过对错误进行调整,把错误消除之后,你就按照原理进行了。所以最终回归到真理的道路上,这样你就能够再自然地观呼吸了。(清凉月老师)
