答:欲界是一个基础,回归思维根本状态(如来藏、真心、明心见性、开悟。。。)也就是实修路上必须经历的一个旅途风光,不仅仅是F家,其他也是这样、D家也是这样的,都需要解决身体这个问题。

Answer: The realm of desire is a foundation—a necessary stage on the path of meditative positivism toward returning to the fundamental state of mind (Tathagatagarbha, true mind, awakening to one's nature, enlightenment, etc.). This applies not only to Buddhism but also to other traditions, including Daoism. All must address the issue of the body.

身体这个物质与当前思维状态紧密关联,它会牵扯到我们的思维,只有解决了身体,使身体觉受消失之后,我们将进入一种潜意识专注状态,在这种情况下,选择性思维将不会处于一种高频活动 状态,那么反过来,思维达到高级状态也不会干扰身体,那么身体也会处于休息状态,自然而然达到健康状态,有些疾病在高级状态会一次彻底解决的。欲界定是实证道路上一个基础,如果没有这一步,你谈不上是一个真正的修行人。

The physical body, as microscopic substance, is closely linked to our current state of mind. It constantly pulls at our thoughts. Only by resolving the body—causing bodily sensations to disappear—can we enter a state of subconscious concentration. In this state, selective thinking no longer operates at high frequency. Conversely, when the mind reaches a high-level state, it no longer disturbs the body, allowing the body to rest naturally and achieve health. Some diseases can be completely resolved in this advanced state.

Samadhi in the realm of desire is a foundational step in meditative positivism. Without it, one cannot truly be called a practitioner.

答:有些疾病无法抗拒如哀老,那是因为没有欲界定的功夫,如果你有了欲界定的功夫,这些问题都可以轻易的解决。

Answer: Some diseases, such as aging, seem unavoidable—but this is only because one lacks the level of meditation in Samadhi in the realm of desire. With this attainment, such problems can be easily resolved.

欲界定实证做的好,可以延长自己的生命,解决自己的健康问题,这样你的实证就比别人获得了一个大的机会,获得了一个修行平台。

If one achieves Samadhi in the realm of desire successfully, they can extend their lifespan and resolve health issues. This provides a significant advantage in meditative positivism, creating a stable platform for further practice.

【生活中修行退失问题】

[The Problem of Regression in Daily Practice]

答:那是因为你没有欲界定的功夫,这些功夫你根本就没有,所以对于我们大家来说,为了解决退失问题,为了能保证在生活中始终处于一种修行姿态,我们仍然需要学习欲 界定,欲界定必须掌握,欲界定做的好,经常会在定中想不入定都难,因为思维有习惯性。

Answer: Regression occurs because one lacks the level of meditation in Samadhi in the realm of desire. Without this foundation, maintaining a consistent practice in daily life is difficult. To prevent regression and sustain a practitioner’s mindset, we must study and master Samadhi in the realm of desire.

When this is achieved well, one will find it hard not to enter Samadhi, because the mind naturally follows habitual tendencies.

【先禅定后欲界定的意义】

[The Significance of Attaining Samadhi Before the Realm of Desire]

答:D家在实证的经验中,往往是以身体为主,没有思维方面的稳定性基础,所以在这方面有惨重的教训。后来也是吸取了F家的经验先性后命。因此咱们现在进行的先禅定后欲界定的顺序。我们整个修行必须具备离一切相和即一切相的能力。

Answer: Historically, Daoist practice often prioritized the body without establishing stability in the state of mind, leading to significant setbacks. Later, Daoism incorporated Buddhist insights, emphasizing mind cultivation before bodily refinement.

This is why we now follow the sequence of first attaining Samadhi, then Samadhi in the realm of desire. True practice requires both detachment from all phenomena and engagement with all phenomena.

【欲界定为什么如此重要】

[Why is Samadhi in the Realm of Desire So Crucial?]

答:因为它是修行的基础,解决了身体觉受的问题。有了欲界定功夫,你就会体验身体的暖、气机这种微观物质层次,打坐的时候身体就不疼,不会不舒服。不会因为身体的各种疼,不舒服障碍了你,导致你下坐,这个时候就可以专心的在心上下功夫。

Answer: Because it is the foundation of practice—resolving bodily sensations. With this attainment, one experiences bodily warmth and Qiji (subtle energy) at the microscopic substance level. During meditation, the body no longer feels pain or discomfort, eliminating physical obstacles that might force an early end to the session. This allows full focus on cultivating the mind.

同时证入欲界定能解决很多疾病,对于有健康需求的人,比如糖尿病、癌症这些现代医学治不好的疾病极为重要。因为欲界定能轻而易举的解决这些问题。

Additionally, realizing Samadhi in the realm of desire can resolve many illnesses, including those modern medicine struggles with, such as diabetes and cancer. For health seekers, this is invaluable.

有了欲界定功夫,一些戒律的问题会主动完成。面对肉、酒、好吃的素食、男女的欲望,你不是主动的排斥,而是本能的不追求,自动的就戒了。就好像你看别的动物吃的东西本能的排斥,有了欲界定功夫看到人间层次的食物和欲望本能的就不追求了。比如道家说的辟谷,就是有了欲界定功夫自动达成的。一天只吃几粒花生米就可以了。

With this attainment, precepts are naturally upheld. One does not actively resist meat, alcohol, tempting vegetarian foods, or sexual desires—instead, they instinctively lose appeal. Just as we instinctively reject certain animal foods, a practitioner with Samadhi in the realm of desire naturally disengages from worldly cravings.

For example, Daoist "bigu" (fasting) occurs spontaneously with this attainment—one may need only a few peanuts a day for sustenance.
