心生一切的法生,身空是禅定还是欲界定,这分几个层次的,身空好几个层次。

All phenomena arise from the fundamental state of mind. Whether body emptiness belongs to Samadhi or Samadhi in the realm of desire can be analyzed at multiple levels, as body emptiness itself has several stages.

咱们以前谈过了,你还有模糊的身体感觉,有时候你身体感觉虽然没有,但自己体验它又会出现,这是一个层次。再上一个层次就是你仔细体验的时候,也不容易体验得到,这是又一个层次。再向上到未到地定,禅定前未到地定的时候,得到的一种清凉,在之前的几个状态虽然你也能体验到身体的没有,那你得不到一种清凉、空明、轻灵,脱离身体那种清凉,非常美好的那种觉受。之前的身空阶段统统得不到的,只有在未到地定,初禅前未到地定这个地方才得到,得到这一个身空之后,你会体验到人生从来不可能体验到的一种乐,无论在之前欲界定,你开天目觉得多么的美好,但它统统跟这个身空是没有可比性的。

We've discussed this before. If you still have a vague sense of the body, or if the bodily sensation occasionally disappears but reappears upon self-examination, that's one level. A higher level is when, even upon careful introspection, the bodily sensation is not easily perceived. Beyond that, before reaching non-arrival ground samadhi - the preliminary stage of Samadhi - you attain a state of coolness and clarity. In the earlier stages of body emptiness, though you may experience the absence of the body, you won't feel that light, cool, empty, and liberated sensation - a profoundly blissful experience. These earlier stages cannot compare.

At this stage of body emptiness, the lightness and coolness bring an indescribable bliss. No matter how wonderful the experiences in the realm of desire might seem - such as activating Yangshen - they pale in comparison to this state.

It's enough to simply understand this. None of this needs to be mastered, because when you realize and enter that stage in meditative positivism, you'll know it yourself. If you haven't reached it, there's no need to study it. Don't worry about what to do at that stage - when the time comes, you won't need to think about it. The subconscious will operate automatically. What we need to focus on now is the transformation from conscious to subconscious.

所谓的实证事实上就是在这个地方用功,完成有意识向潜意识转化。之后的实证不需要管,之后的实证就是一个观念的问题(小编注:正确观念就是我们所学的实证原理,他是最重要的)。你有正知正见了,平时有那种正知正见,然后很轻松就证入你所需要的那种状态。没有正知正见你会不由自主的证入到了一个,你本来想达到某一个目的地,结果它跑到另一个地方了,这就没有正知正见的时候容易出现这个问题。所以我们实证一定要把自己的重点,学F把自己重点放在哪里?就放在有意识思维向潜意识思维转化。至于之后是怎么样不用去管,不用去听人家谈禅定中是怎么样?你觉得听的神神乎乎的、羡慕的不得了。没必要羡慕的,这个将来你也可以轻松证得到的。现在最需要做的就是第一个阶段,只要能完成第一个阶段你就成功,你就是一个真正的学F人。完成不了第一个阶段,你听别人谈的好的不得了那仅仅是听天书的、没意义的。

Meditative positivism is essentially about working on this transformation. Beyond that, there's no need to overthink it. The rest is a matter of right knowledge and right view. With right view, you'll naturally and effortlessly realize the state you aim for. Without it, you might unintentionally deviate - far from your intended destination. This is why correct understanding is crucial.

So, where should we focus in our level of meditation and study? On the transformation from conscious to subconscious. As for what comes after, don't dwell on it. Don't get caught up in others' descriptions of Samadhi, feeling awed or envious. There's no need - you'll attain it in time. Right now, the most important thing is the first stage. If you complete this stage, you've succeeded; you're a true practitioner. If you don't, hearing about others' profound experiences is meaningless.
