    Zen Retreat Class

The Zen Retreat Class integrates Zen practice into travel, closely combining daily life with experiential realization.

In ancient times, practitioners traveled through towns and mountains, learning directly from masters in a traveling-study style. Wherever there was a mountain, they pointed to the mountain; wherever there was water, they highlighted the water—transforming everyday life into a path of cultivation.

This approach achieves seamless integration of life and practice, enhancing the efficiency of realization while reducing its difficulty. Therefore, our Zen Retreat is essentially a “Journey of Deepening Study.”

Students from the Desire-Realm Dhyāna Class are welcome to participate.

    Duration: 7 days
