Student's Question: How was the world formed?
清凉月老师：世界刚开始怎样由来的？那就是因为大家从如来藏出来后，进入思维衍生状态，那么立刻就获得与这种思维状态对应的物质的境界，那么，这就是整个世界顿然而成，世界的由来。
Master Qingliang Yue's Answer: How did the world initially come into being? It is because when everyone emerged from the Tathagatagarbha and entered the state of mental derivatives, they immediately obtained the material realm corresponding to this state of mind. Thus, the entire world came into existence suddenly—this is the origin of the world.
只要你还没有从根本上解决这个思维的问题，那么你所获得的境界统统都是心所造的。你的心造的一些境界，有什么样的心你就造什么样的境界，举例来说，你们几个人，都信这样一种东西，那么将来死后大家就到一起。
As long as you have not fundamentally resolved the issue of the mind, all the realms you attain are created by the mind. The realms you create depend on the nature of your mind; whatever kind of mind you have, that is the kind of realm you create. For example, if several of you believe in the same thing, then after death, you will all end up together.
这很简单的，和大家平时去旅游一样，我们约定某一天早晨六点，大家在哪个地方集合，然后到哪里去旅游，然后那天大家都去了，这个是一样的，在生前大家都约定到哪个地方去，那么死后这个境界就会出现，那么这些境界都是意生的。
This is quite simple, similar to how you would go on a trip. We agree to meet at a certain place at 6 a.m. on a specific day to go traveling, and then everyone shows up on that day. It's the same thing. If everyone agrees on a place to go during their lifetime, then that realm will appear after death. These realms are all generated by the mind.
