虫洞在现代科学里面，就是连接两个不同宇宙的一个隧道。根据心物一体的原理，也就是说虫洞它作为物质世界的一种表现形式，和我们的思维同样是一体的，我们可以通过解决思维来解决虫洞的问题。
In modern science, a wormhole is a tunnel connecting two different universes. According to the principle of mind-matter oneness, that is to say, a wormhole is a form of expression of the material world, and our mind is also one body. We can solve the problem of wormhole by solving the problem of mind.
也就是说我们怎样往来于不同的世界，我们可以通过物质境界去走，也可以通过思维状态去走。也就是有两条路，要么通过物质世界，物质方面走，要么通过思维方面，因为心物是一体的，两条路都可以达到的。因此我们制造虫洞的方法是通过思维方面，调整思维状态去解决的。
This means that how we move between different worlds can be achieved through either the material realm or the mental state. There are two paths: one is through the material world, and the other is through the mental state. Since mind and matter are inseparable, both paths can lead to the same destination. Therefore, the method for creating a wormhole involves adjusting our mental state to achieve this goal.
那么虫洞的形成，有偶然的因素，我们平时接触到的都是偶然的因素。我们在科学方面听到的，这些突然消失的东西和突然出现的东西，这些都是作为偶然的因素而导致的。偶然的因素是怎样导致的？偶然因素让你的思维一下子进入一种状态，然后你才能进入另一种思维状态，才能进入另一个物质的世界，也就是说偶然因素必须让你达到你的思维瞬间处于一种状态。这就是我们以前说的我们的定力，也就是其他思维状态的这些特征不是练出来的，一定要有这样的观念，你的定力一定不是练出来的，而是诱导出来的，而偶然的因素能够让你的定力瞬间诱导出来的。我们所有的实证，事实上也都是同一个目的，就是把定力诱导出来。
The formation of wormholes involves elements of chance, which are also the elements we commonly encounter. In science, we often hear about sudden disappearances and appearances, all of which are due to chance. How do these elements of chance come about? They cause your mind to suddenly enter a certain state, allowing you to transition into another mental state or material world. In other words, chance must enable your mind to instantly reach a specific state. This is what we refer to as our concentration power, a quality that cannot be cultivated but is induced. The elements of chance can instantly induce this concentration power. All our practice ultimately serves the same purpose: to induce concentration power.
下面咱们看，偶然因素随时随地发生，因此虫洞存在于任何地方任何时间，只要条件具足，虫洞瞬间就会形成。这里所说的条件就是让思维进入另一种状态的因素。让思维进入另一种状态，我们不必被动地依靠偶然因素的产生，也就是我们可以依靠思维本体学的方法，主动地去创造虫洞。
Let's consider that accidental factors can occur at any time and place, meaning wormholes can exist anywhere and anytime, as long as the necessary conditions are met, they can instantly form. The conditions mentioned here refer to the factors that enable mind to enter a different state. We don't need to passively rely on the occurrence of accidental factors; instead, we can use the method of Siweibentiology to actively create wormholes.
那么，怎样创造虫洞？
摆脱宏观的体验，也就是我们不能体验这个世界的宏观的境界，那么怎样做呢？就是不能让感官发生作用，因为我们对这个世界的体验是通过我们身体的感觉器官去体验的，因此首先第一条就是不能让我们身体的感觉器官发生作用，用佛教的术语来说就是要六根清净，先做到关闭六根。
So how do you create a wormhole?
To escape the macroscopic experience, which means we cannot perceive the world in its macroscopic form, what should we do? We must prevent our senses from functioning, as our perception of the world is mediated through our bodily sensory organs. Therefore, the first step is to ensure that our body's sensory organs are inactive. In Buddhist terms, this means purifying the six senses and closing them off.
要脱离现在的这种相续性思维状态，也就是说你不去体验宏观境界。你闭上眼，坐在这里，但是你的思维如果还在展开相续性，那么你还在体验，你不是看见，而是想见。所以这时候，要随时警惕自己思维展开连续性，我们用一系列的方法，不让思维展开相续性，那么满足这两个条件之后，虫洞就自然形成，然后我们就进入另一个物质世界。
To break away from the sequential thinking, which means not experiencing the macroscopic realm. You close your eyes and sit here, but if your mind continue to unfold in a continuity, you are still experiencing, not seeing, but wanting to see. Therefore, at this moment, it is crucial to be constantly vigilant against the sequential thinking We use various methods to prevent the sequential thinking. Once these two conditions are met, a wormhole will naturally form, leading us into another material world.
这就是说，将来自然科学方面有的人他看到这里，他觉得虫洞能够自然去制造，制造虫洞，他觉得是挺稀奇古怪的。然后你就可以这样去教他，教他这样去做，他只要真正这样去做了，那么他就一定能够制造出虫洞，一定能够开天目，然后看到过去和未来，看到另一个世界的场景。
This means that in the future, someone in the field of natural sciences might come across this and think that creating wormholes naturally is quite unusual. You can teach them to do this, and if they truly follow these instructions, they will certainly be able to create wormholes, open their third eye, and see scenes from the past and future, as well as other worlds.
