Where Does the Epistemic System of Ontology of Thought Originate?

When we speak of realization (or empirical verification), we must ask: Where does this system of realization come from?

Naturally, it arises from the integrated traditions of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Daoism.

We consolidate the entirety of ancient empirical practices — the explorations of realization conducted by the sages of the past — and seek to understand how they thought during their process of realization, what theoretical frameworks they relied upon, and how they structured their inner “scientific experiments.”

The key question becomes: How should we understand and grasp these systems today?

Our approach is grounded in the modern knowledge system, meaning it is established upon the foundation of logical analysis.

We begin with what modern minds are most familiar with: logic and structure. From there, we analyze the realization systems of the ancients. We ask: What is the underlying structure of their realization processes? What is the architecture of their empirical systems?

Then, by building a bridge between modern science and ancient philosophy, we allow these traditions to become mutually intelligible. This enables us to understand the ancient realization systems in a way that is accurate, clear, and systematic.

Only through this method can your own process of realization become highly efficient and accurate.

Otherwise, your realization is bound to be blind, and you will not be able to attain true precision or efficacy.

Why is this the case?

Because although the ancients reached profound depths in realization, their understanding of realization structures and processes was largely based on empiricism — that is, on accumulated experience across many generations of practitioners.

We must recognize that experience is invaluable — it must be cherished, and we should deeply respect the vast experiential knowledge preserved by the ancients in the domain of realization.

However, empiricism itself must be transcended.

If you remain confined to an empiricist approach, your path of cultivation will inevitably be blind and uncertain.
