This class follows the Matter-Energetic route (qi and meridians), focusing on foundational cultivation for entering meditative absorption within the desire realm (kāmadhātu).


Over approximately six months, students receive systematic training in experiential practices related to energy channels and foundational stability (qì mài zhù jī).


This class represents a complete pathway within the Tathāgata Dhyāna system—beginning with desire-realm absorption, progressing to mind observation, and ultimately realizing the Tathāgatagarbha (Buddha-nature).
