你说的是有很多的外因,就是外界的干扰。对于打坐的人来说,没有外界的干扰,关键看你会利用不会利用。比如说,来了很多人,很多朋友,你们聚会怎么的,然后你告诉大家,我现在困得很,想睡一觉,然后你就坐在那里,假装睡眠,你就尽管睡,在睡觉的过程中,你能体验到睡眠来了、昏沉来了,体验昏沉来之后,这时候你开始悄悄的起观。

You are talking about many external factors, which are external interferences. For practitioner, there is no external interference. The key is whether you can make use of it or not. For example, many people, many friends, come to a party, and then you tell everyone that you are very sleepy and want to take a nap. Then you sit there and pretend to sleep. Just sleep.
